On offer is an exciting opportunity to be our Technology Director with the objective of developing our strategic and operational plans for our four key practice areas: Software & Cloud Analytics, Modern Workplace, Cybersecurity and Cloud. You will also contribute to developing and strengthening our competency and know-how and support the sales and delivery teams to maintain our competitive positioning in the market. You will also have an accountability towards revenue and growth targets across our four practice areas.
Key responsibilities to highlight:
Develop the strategic and operational plans for our four key practice areas and oversee its implementation.
Own each of the practice areas revenue targets and KPIs and take the necessary actions to achieve them.
Demonstrating through leadership in sales management and manage forecasting through the business to reach goals and targets
Own strategies such as go to market, customer acquisition and retention strategies to accelerate business and growth in our four key practice areas
Contribute to develop and strengthen the competency and technical know-how in our practice areas and support regional sales & delivery teams to maintain our competitive positioning in the market.

Moreover, you have outstanding organizational and leadership skills, as well as an analytical approach to solve issues that might occur. You are a critical thinker when it comes to the decision-making processes and can understand the needs of different parties in order to find viable solutions to conflicts and can quickly adapt to unexpected changes in direction. You can think and act creatively within a complex and dynamic environment. We see you as an efficient communicator who can collaborate well with all stakeholders, who is able to build solid relationships internally as well as with our customers and vendors.
Desired Competency & Experience:
15+ years of relevant experience within the IT ecosystem, specifically in IT Services or system integrators.
Experience leading regional teams across Middle East & Africa.
Proven experience within solution selling and end-to-end sales cycle management.
Solid commercial and technical acumen, combined with a collaborative approach, enabling, and partnering with our regional sales teams to close sales and provide high-level solutions tailored for our customers and market needs
Practical technical/commercial experience within cloud, modern workplace, cybersecurity, or software asset management
Forward leaning and contribute to thought leadership and take accountability for delivery our strategic roadmap
Project and resource management skills
PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Language requirements: Native/fluent in both Arabic & English
