We are looking for an experienced IS Business Analyst to join our team in supporting the administration, management and maintenance of a number of bespoke web based applications which are used throughout Bureau Veritas North West Europe. This is fantastic role that you can really make your own. This role will see you take the lead on key projects in relation to in-house applications and the implementation of new applications through to facilitating workshops on analysing data from end user feedback to make day to day functional improvements for our business areas. You play a key role in liaising between operations and support to ensure all business requirements are being translated and communicated effectively. You will then provide ‘after live’ support onsite and back office to ensure operational effectiveness. Main Duties and Responsibilities: * Participate / Lead integration projects and implementations through carrying out the following activities; * Advising and liaising with Project Stakeholders * Business & Functional Requirements gathering * Leading & Facilitating Workshops * Formal Documentation & Sign Off * Security By Design * Manage & Execute Integration testing / User Acceptance Testing * Maintain & Mange Action, Issues & Risk Tracking Logs * Act as ‘buffer’ between Operations and Support * Provide ‘Post Go Live’ Support (on site and back office) * Advise and support management (BU, country or district) in decision making processes regarding applications * Manage, administrate and implement Local, Regional and Group software solutions * Support Application Key User networks including Training, Problem Management problems related to existing software * Manage security compliance for applications * To work independently and capable of sharing knowledge and practices with a team. * Perform the job within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, the Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

* Achievement of projects (in time, on budget) * Shown to take accountability and deliver against given tasks * Internal and external customer feedback * Accuracy (correspondence, communication) * Achievement of business and financial targets * Maintenance of regional security compliance log * Accurate and timely financial reporting * Analytical evaluation of trends * Delivery against Key personal and divisional KPIs
Experience & Skills Required:
* Proven experience in IS Business Analyst roles * Advanced PC-Skills * Strong communication skills * Proven experience in application security compliance. * Proven experience in being able to prioritise and organise to tight deadlines * Degree or equivalent with IS Technical and / or vocational qualification Provider Description Enabled SAP as service provider * “route” is used for session stickiness * “careerSiteCompanyId” is used to send the request to the correct data center * “JSESSIONID” is placed on the visitor’s device during the session so the server can identify the visitor * “Load balancer cookie\” (actual cookie name may vary) prevents a visitor from bouncing from one instance to another
