Head of Digital Marketing – Start Up | Michael Page Exciting time to sign up with a start up organization going through a stage of development and growth. Our customer is looking for a results driven Head of Marketing to form the future of there brand name and considerably grow it’s international presence.Client Details Start up.Description * Lead the development and shipment of marketing strategies throughout brand, digital, content, social, PR, tools, innovations and audience data. * Drive marketing and group performance to satisfy the agreed targets.

Optimise the e-commerce funnel to increase acquisition and retention rates.

Work with the COO to drive profits, item and retention strategy.
Reporting: offer regular reports and dashboards on performance and boil down crucial insights and patterns to support member acquisition, engagement and retention methods and choice making.

Establish brand positioning, identify target market, and establish marketing plans with specific goals throughout various channels and sectors.
Develop an information centric marketing department.

Identify opportunities to reach brand-new market sections and broaden market share, and lead go to market plans in brand-new locations and product lines. * Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing modifications and new items and functions ).
Manage and optimize the output of in-house and contracted marketing experts through planning, development, and assessment of work quality.

Prepare and handle regular monthly, quarterly and yearly budget plans for the Marketing department Job Offer Hybrid role reporting in to the COO.
