• The Candidate must have 4-5 years Retail & F&B;fit out experience inside the mall projects in UAE.
• Able to carry out all HVAC activities.
• Knowledge about Centralized A/C, Air Handling Unit, Chilled Water Pipe and Fan Coil Units.
• Cooling load calculation & ASHARE codes calculation by manual and HVAC software.
• Knowledge about Design, calculation of blower CFM and air distribution etc.
• Attended Regular meetings on site with consultants and contractors.
• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
