الوصف الوظيفي The Human Resources & Administration (HR&A;) Manager will lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative activities for the UAE Country offices. The HR&A;Manager will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training, and development; as well as oversee administrative functions. ▪️ Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ➖ Hiring and training new administrative employees ➖ Evaluating the administrative department regularly and implementing improvements ➖ Setting up and taking notes during company meetings ➖ Performing inventory and ordering new office supplies ➖ Delegating specific projects to administrative employees ➖ Preparing and reviewing reports ➖ Liaising between administrative staff and senior management ➖ Evaluating administrative staff on an annual or biannual basis ➖ Overseeing recruitment, selection, and the onboarding process ➖ Managing a company’s appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings ➖ Ensuring that a company’s procedures comply with employment regulations ➖ Monitoring various aspects of an employee’s performance, such as attendance and sick leave ➖ Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly ➖ Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances ➖ Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits ➖ Payroll and Budget ➖ Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. ➖ Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff المهارات ➖ Thorough attention to detail ➖ Flexibility and openness to change ➖ Sensitivity and empathy ➖ Resourcefulness and excellent time management skills ➖ Ability to take initiative ➖ Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas ➖ Ability to competently utilize administrative software ➖ Ability to work well in a group ➖ Strong leadership skills ➖ A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law ➖ The ability to remain calm in stressful situations including during disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts ➖ Solid ethics and morals and sound judgment ▪️ Other Competencies/Abilities/Skills Required: ➖ Must be familiar with country-specific laws and regulations governing Human Resources. ➖ Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically. ➖ Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions. ➖ Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources. ➖ Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/hr-and-admin-manager-4545453/?from_job_search=/ar/jobs/?filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B0%5D=ae&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B1%5D=kw&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B2%5D=qa&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B3%5D=sa&jobId=4544440&options%5Bjb_is_external_job%5D%5B0%5D=1&page=13 |
