We are looking for energetic, passionate Customer Consultant for Amer.

At ‘Amer’ Quality Government Service Center, provides wide variety of transactions and documentation related to government departments. Amer Centres were launched by the Dubai GDRFA to provide services ranging from issuing entry permits, issuing and renewal of residency visas, visa cancellations, and other related services. Amer Centres also provide services relating to other government institutions and departments in Dubai, including MOHRE, Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, and Dubai Health Authority.

Understand the demand of consumers to provide timely service and solutions.
Utilize available resources to offer precise information in a clear and concise manner.
Manage consumer queries and complaints in real-time by offering practical solutions, ensuring complete problem resolution.

Job Requirement

1) Experience working for Amer

2) Nationality : Emirates

3) Languages : Arabic and English

Prior work exposure in the field of customer service for Amer Center
Knowledge of online tools and platforms that enhance customer experience by leveraging appropriate features.
Commendable presentation skills to convey important points to the audience effectively.
