الوصف الوظيفي PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Manpower Planning · Plan/prepare/ approve annual manpower plan and budget. · Ensure achievement of the manpower acquisition as per the approved budget. · Responsible to review the activities on quarterly, bi-yearly and annual review. HR Administration and Compliances · Supervising personnel administrative functions like; Employment visa, Staff medical insurance, Medical malpractice insurance for medical staff, DHA licensing and renewal, DHA/ MOH/ HAAD and Trade license renewal. · Periodic personnel file and HRIS auditing · Establish constructive relationship with Local bodies, Recruitment agencies, Universities, Insurance companies, Advocates etc. Employee Engagement & Retention · Support line managers in staff counseling and advice employees on HR policies and procedure · Handle employee grievances and implement various employee engagement programs. · Create avenue to inculcate open, transparent work culture · Ensure compliance with statutory provisions with respect to people practices and processes. · Exit interview analysis Performance Management · Drive annual performance cycle and appraisals on time · Partner with learning and development to identify and deliver Performance Development training as required on an annual basis. Learning and Development · Liaise with the nursing department team for learning and development to plan the implementation and facilitation of learning programs and other resources within the budget. · Monitor pre and post training effectiveness. Change Management · Provide strategic support to Functional Head of Human resources for all change management activities · Propose and execute changes/improvements within Human Resources to introduce best practices · Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the Concept Other Responsibilities · Review & recommend updates for defined policies and processes that support Risalla. · Create HR tools and policies, to ensure their compliance across the company. · Use data and analysis to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies, and assess the current situation for further improvement. · Provide specialized advice on matters related to human resources issues (general experience / specialized expertise) and provide high impact solutions to meet business needs. · Consolidate and study proposal for change of grade, job title, shifting of positions etc. · Review job descriptions of new and existing positions to reflect correct roles and responsibilities. Consolidate new / existing positions for evaluation and re-evaluation. · Identification and allocation of training needs and gaps for the different departments. · Maintain good communication and positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensure a positive working environment, through communication internally, recognition program, Events and other related activities. · Works according to HR laws, procedures, Risalla’s strategic direction. · Providing studies that have a direct impact on the strategic objectives for higher management (analysis of questionnaires, recommendations, benchmarking, etc.). · Organize awareness-raising workshops on human resources policies, procedures and services and provide guidance and advice to staff. · Follow up the requests of departments and employees with the relevant people. · Supervise Visa processing and MOHRE documentation. · Handle disciplinary cases and make decision in alliance with UAE Labour Law. · Participate in following up the promotion procedures, Participate in following up the disbursement of incentives and rewards, and Participate in follow up of administrative irregularities procedures. · Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate. المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/hr-manager-4540125/ |
