Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities -Business Development Executive are responsible for developing, generating and growing new B2B clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business. Working with senior team members to identify and manage company growth in B2B Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets The position demands an entrepreneurial minded individual with high energy and strong motivation to sell.• Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems• Need to be proactive self-starting individual with strong attention to detail and able to work autonomously without direct supervision.• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients by direct office visits, on zoom call or telephonic calls to close the deal.Responsibilities:- Prospect new business and generate new B2B partners.- Create effective and persuasive proposals.- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual online B2B quotas.- Excellent presentation, negotiation and customer relationship skills.- Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and close sales.- Up selling of solutions in large accounts and thus maximise revenue.- Numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office Applications.Perks and Benefits Salary -AED 4000 to AED 5000 monthly plus incentives with travel allowanceSponsorship - “ we provide visa“Start date - Join immediatelyLocation - DubaiJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00/ Monthlyplus incentivescar is advantagefuel is on company
