Senior Manager HR - Employee Relations, Operations and Human Capital Policies
The role holder is responsible for leading the employee relations, operations and policy function that serves as the primary human capital advisory channel for all business units with respect to employee related matters and implementation of policies. The role holder is also responsible for driving employee engagement and execution of engagement plans for the company through carrying out organization-wide initiatives.

Technical Competencies:
• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law
• Strong communication skills
• HR business partnering skills
• Developing and drafting HR policies
• Managing grievances and disciplinary cases
• Working knowledge of HR Systems preferably Oracle Fusion
