Recruitment Resourcer and Headhunter required to be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a boutique UK recruitment agency.
Candidates must have minimum 2 years experience in a similar role and be familiar with saudization.
Candidates also must have worked on mid to senior level positions within the middle east region.
Upload clear and concise work requirements on various offline and online platforms.
Survey prominent hiring portals to upload company requirements for appropriate candidates.

Portraying sound knowledge of the recruitment cycle through streamlined thinking and clear decision-making.
Ability to conduct a swift interview and selection process to hire suitable candidates within the prescribed time limit.
Established track record of sourcing suitable talent for companies and organizations mid-senior.
Bachelor’s degree holder with a proven record of academic, internship, or work experience in hiring and recruitment activities.
