Please note that this is NOT an HR or Talent Acquisition role - please only apply if you have experience working at a Recruitment Agency.This position is for our company, Kinetic Business Solutions - Please only apply if you have 1+ years’ experience in 360 agency recruiting in the UAE: This role is 70% sales/client relationship building and management and 30% delivery (resourcing)We are hiring 2 x 360 Recruitment Consultant’s that have a passion for the industry and are driven by building and growing partnerships. Our new consultants will be responsible for setting up two new divisions that we are adding to our existing portfolio.You will work to identify and develop job opportunities with new and existing accounts, by building effective relationships and gaining a better understanding of the company needs and recruitment requirements.Key responsibilities:Business Development:· Research, identify and acquire new clients on a consistent basis through daily phone calls, e-mails, professional networking platforms· Proactively network and upsell with existing clients· Assist with new contract negotiation · Conduct meetings to secure business· Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high standards of service· Be proactive in all areas of marketing to create awareness and new business opportunities· Keep prospective client database updated· Attend relevant industry events· Achieve revenue targets and meet individual and team KPI’sRecruitment:· Headhunting, interviewing, and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies· Briefing the candidate about the job responsibilities and benefits· Screening candidates and drawing up relevant shortlists of candidates for clients to interview· Organizing interviews and managing the coordination of interview logistics· Conducting reference checks in line with client expectationsWhat you can expect if you join Kinetic:Great basic + uncapped comms paid monthly – 25,000AED+ OTEAccess to the best recruiting systems, training, technology, and marketing toolsOpportunity to grow with clear career progression, learning from the best in the industryGreat working environment with a supportive and established team – 75% of our employees across the group have been with us over 5 years! You should be someone who has -· A high level of motivation and determination to succeed; a real ‘self-starter’· An understanding of the professional ecosystem and recruitment lifecycle; roles that exist, skills required from our candidates, and the language used by our clients· Excellent sales, networking and relationship building skills· A proven track record in sales, relationship management and resourcing effectively· A desire to achieve, constantly improve your work, help your team grow and play your part in supporting the success of the company· Skills in managing expectations· Commercial awareness· Excellent communication skills, Confidence, and energy – a real people person!· Organizational skills Teamworking skillsRequired Qualifications/Experience - only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered:Minimum 1 year experience at a Recruitment Agency in the UAEMinimum 2 years’ experience in 360 agency recruitment overall1-2 years proven sales experienceCurrently living in Dubai Excellent verbal, written and presentation skillsCandidates with recruitment experience in Life Science’s and associated sectors are preferredIf this sounds like you - hit the apply button.
