We are currently sourcing a young, talented and dynamic Customer Care Representative with the following attributes:
• proven customer support experience
• can speak clear English and proper tone
• excellent computer skills
• exceptional verbal and written communication skills and active listening
• ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• posses extensive customer service hands-on experience here or from home country, seeks for continuous improvement
The successful candidate must be:
• Fluent in english
• Previous experience in call center agent job or the same, from home country or in UAE
• Must be in Dubai on Tourist Visa or cancelled employment visa.
