Oversee operations at the warehouse facility & Last Mile Delivery to ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipment is processed according to schedule. Include also preparing schedules for Warehouse Associate/Operator, Drivers, Training new employees, monitoring compliance with safety standards.

UDA Logistics is searching for an experienced Operations Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse and Last Mile Delivery.
The following are the fundamental requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in operations management or a related field, as well as experience in management, operations, and leadership.
General financial and budgeting knowledge, such as profit and loss, balance sheet, cost control, and cash-flow oversight
Strong managerial communication and reporting abilities.
Solid background in a high-volume operational setting (ideally in E-commerce or Logistics)
Solid knowledge of financial management.
Extensive experience and understanding of the courier system
Solving problems and dealing with difficult and challenging circumstances
