Jr.Architect cum 3D visualizer (Immediate Joining)
Qualifications and Experience:
• Architectural degree from a recognized and accredited University which is eligible for SOE membership also.
• Should have hands on skills in MS office, AutoCAD, 3DS MAX, Sketch up & Lumion
• A Minimum of 03 years work experience in Dubai only is very important.
• Only Indian nationals shall apply for this post.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Architecture planing & designing.
• Preparing Architectural working drawings.
• Preparation of 3D models.
• Coordination with the Local authorities (DM, DDA, DCD, DEWA, ETISLAT & DU) as needed on technical issues relating to submissions.
• Should be able to handle submission / approval procedures such as DM, DDA, DIC, DWC, CED, JAFZA, TECOM, DEWA, and RTA.
• Make planning for timely submissions and tracking the progress of those submissions.
