الوصف الوظيفي KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following: • Lead an HR team of ~25 towards contribution of key business success as member of the EMEA HR Leadership Team • Influence business drivers and strategies through effective partnership to ensure business objectives are surpassed • Develop and execute HR strategies to support the long-term business and annual operating plan (AOP) objectives, including: Talent acquisition and retention Performance management Learning and skills development Compensation Planning Organizational development Organizational effectiveness Labour & Employee Relations Leadership Coaching Cultural change agent • Act as a strong advocate and lead change through the identification and deployment of transformation opportunities (people, process, structure) on time and within agreed cost perimeters • Drive team to deliver on high value projects; understand and provide clarity on risks, mitigations, and business impact for proposed action planning • Facilitate the bi-annual talent review process across business units with identified actions to ensure a strong internal talent pipeline, and with external talent insights • Facilitate effective deployment of HR procedures, policies, systems, standards, and infrastructures, in support of business goals • Oversight of the regional recruitment process to ensure timely selection of suitable talent • Focused on employee engagement strategies, inclusive of voice of the employee survey business results for formulating tangible actions • Support the ongoing ramp up of our Dublin HQ operations, establishing Honeywell as an employer of choice in the market المهارات • HR or business-related degree (Master’s/MBA preferred), ideally with a concentration in the areas of business, employee relations, organizational development and/or strategic HR WE VALUE: The candidate must be an experienced senior HR professional with proven success in leading complex organizations, preferably across multiple countries: • Experienced working in a fast-paced, results-oriented, highly matrix environment, preferably in a US company • Excellent communication skills • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization • Proven success in leading effective change and continuous improvement in a highly matrixed environment • Demonstrated leadership skills • Ability to find the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the HR organization • Ability to convey complex messages clearly for all audiences • Result oriented with a keen sense of urgency • Determined focused leader; ability to quickly establish credibility throughout the organisation by effectively balancing strategic and tactical operational activities • Decisive and assertive with the ability to be provide flexible, creative solutions in a complex environment • High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/senior-director-human-resources-4519314/ |
