Our client is a Leading Telecom Company. They are now looking for a ITSM Developer to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Client seeks a BMC Remedy Developer to help with the development and integration tasks of the Service Assurance ticketing platform.
In this role, you will configure, develop, integrate, test, and deliver new and updated functionality to end user.
You will develop solutions, troubleshoot problems, deploy and integrate products, develop documentation in lab and production environments.
Provide subject matter expertise in the area of service assurance and trouble ticketing solutions.
Support the development, integration, verification and validation of new deliverables.
Develop the documentation required to operationalize new or existing trouble ticketing capabilities.
Practical experience with service assurance and ticketing platforms
المهارات
Experience with project management concepts and lifecycle.
Ability to communicate with end-user for data gathering and business requirement analysis.
Solid foundation in networking architecture concepts, i.e., routing, switching, IP addressing, and Internet routing protocols
Experience with programming languages - Python, Perl, Shell, Java, and PLSQL languages.
Familiarity with Telco concepts
Ability to work independently in a fast agile environment
Network and System (Linux, Windows) administration experience
Qualifications:
Total exp. – 4 yrs to 8 yrs
Minimum Qualification: BS (Computers Science) or BS/BE (Engineering)
