Telesales Officer - Banking
Our client is the leading Bank in UAE. They are now looking for a Telesales Officer - Banking to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities
To achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
All customer communication to be on recorded calls
To ensure submission of all records/documents with accuracy
Full awareness of product knowledge
Maintain effective business relationships with customers
To provide Market feedback on competition and suggest changes for product improvement
To maximize cross-sell of all banking products
المهارات
Preference
AECB score must be more than 620
Immediate Joiners
Excellent communication skills with ability to perform as team player
Proven 1-2 years of experience in Sales of Personal Loans, Credit cards, Insurance, Balance transfer, Easy Payment plans and Islamic products
Qualifications:
Proven accounting experience at the managerial level.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Proficient in computer literacy.
