Lead projects and provide strategic direction across the account to deliver a superior client experienceBuild deep sector expertise and manage engagements across accounts within chosen industry/sectorEngage the client fully to ensure strategies are translated into actionable plansLeverage industry trends to advise clients on how to differentiate their value proposition for future business growth, positioning them for long term competitivenessStay current on emerging technologies and translate digital trends for the client and internal teams; drive innovative solutions based on the client’s desired functionality
Profile
An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university, preferably in the fields of economics, business administration, public policy, finance, or engineering.An MBA or relevant master’s degree is strongly beneficial but not essential.At least 10 years’ experience in strategy consulting within the financial services/ public sector/ energy sectors at a top tier consulting firm or a mix of strategy consulting and relevant industry experience.Ability to lead the analysis of organisational problems, direct implementation for prescribed solutions, and manage clients’ expectations on the impact of recommended changesDemonstrated ability to propose, pitch and sell additional services to clientsExcellent verbal and written presentation skillsAbility to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership teamMust be willing to travel
