Lead the team to achieve team’s objectives and goals
Must interact constantly with Sales, Marketing and other CS Parts to remain aware of Business Environment, new Product, market trend and drive Field Operations Strategies
Identify Sales conversion opportunities through Service Customers to support sales
Make sure Service KPIs are mainteained and SGE service have continual improvement.
Promote service differentiation by discovering best practices and propagating those practices to other service centers
Manage Service Partners across the region
Make sure Service Network is available in the region by product and it’s being evaluate routinely
Understand Spare Parts Management and Forecasting
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Lead Sales Conversion Initiatives through Service
Visit Service Centers/shops on regular basis to check the actual situation of Service and check the service awareness
Evaluate the Service Network on a monthly basis.
Monitor VOCs, Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Analyze Service performance in terms of speed, quality, cost and customer satisfaction
Monitor ASCs financial condition and commercial activities closely so that any activity should not impact client negatively
Negotiate Service Contract with the partner’s top Management and sign as per guideline.
Lead regular Business Meetings with partners and have synergy with / Partner’s operations
Make sure Service Partner’s P&L;is maintained
Market sensing to know latest Business/ Service trends and prepare plan to have superior status in terms of Customer Satisfaction
Remain updated about Consumer Protection Law/ Tax, Customs law of each GCC country and prepare Service Operations/ Invoicing/ Logistics in advance to comply with it
Manage Service cost / Proper budget utilization effectively
