Qualifications, Experiences, and Skills:
• Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Human Resources.
• Professional qualifications such as CIPD would be an advantage.
• Min. 7 years of experience with at least 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations supporting large, complex organizations.
• Appropriate familiarity with UAE Labor Law, regulatory requirements, and employee relations practices.
• Successful in leading Emiratization programs with leading universities
