Great opportunity for a mid-senior level lawyer to join this Dubai based corporate team. The ideal candidate will be 3-6 years pqe and qualified in a common law jurisdiction, with experience in advising on M&A;transactions in private practice. UAE experience is preferred, but not essential. The recruit will join as part of a six fee earner strong corporate team based in our Dubai office. It’s been a busy period with a strong pipeline of high quality transactional and commercial work, so there is plenty of scope for advancement for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking a leading role in managing M&A;transactions, be ambitious and enjoy working as part of a small team but on market leading transactions.
