Enterprise Account Manager, Middle East & Africa

Task Description
In order to develop and expand BICS footprint in the Enterprise space we are looking for a Regional Account Manager with strong experience in Sales strategy and Business Development spanning Telecommunications and IT services business covering SaaS, CPaaS & mobile VAS solutions for Medium to Large Enterprises within Middle East & Africa region. * Responsible for setting and achieving annual revenue and gross profit targets through implementing BICS’s sales and marketing strategies for a MEA * Develop & execute robust business plans as well as manage a range of sales enablement initiatives aligned with our current/ potential Customers as well as our Partners * Scope and gauge addressable and potential markets, and work to increase BICS’ market share in the domains of CPaas, IOT, VAS etc. * Driving business intelligence, market research and proposal of activities for market penetration. * Aggressively negotiate to improve pricing and contracts with carrier interface teams to maximize buying potential for the company * Coordinate the operational end-to-end implementation of contracts from negotiation to full-service deployment. * Accountable for all issues in the domain of Financial (billing, collection, disputes resolution), Solution delivery and operation, Legal (contracts) and Administrative issues towards your assigned Customers Portfolio * Propose new ideas for further product development based on market and customer feedback
Your Profile
* Experience in CPaas, A2P messaging solutions, Cloud communications is key * Good network within Medium to Large Enterprises in MEA region * Consultative sales, negotiation & communication skills is a must * You like taking initiative, multi tasker, highly motivated, ready to travel, and able to work independently. * Working knowledge of Salesforce. * Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus *
