Responsibilities:
• Overview the operation. Make sure the service standards are up to the company policies.
• Inventory tracking and supplying the properties with the necessary consumables to keep the operation
• Hiring, managing and developing the staff
• Purchasing the required consumables to maintain the operation
• Filling the reports for the management (sales, inventory, purchase orders, delivery notes etc.)
• Maintain the relations with the property management
• Building the standards and regulations for the company.
Opportunities:
• Possibility to grow to the operation manager.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced computer user
• Reporting skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to form the standards and regulations and describe it as well as communicate that to the team.
• UAE Driving license is mandatory
• Own car is advantage
• Experience in the shisha companies
