A well reputed FMGC company based in Dubai is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the daily sales operations in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & Dubai. You will be the one to set policies that ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To ensure that each team members is meeting his daily/monthly sales targets (value, mix of products, area coverage, returns and promotion targets).
• To carry out regular monthly performance appraisals for each Sales Associates and provide a rated assessment of their performance as per company policy
Skills & Abilities:
• Outstanding Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizing and leadership skills
• Forecasting, Planning, Executing, Follow-up, close monitoring, Evaluation, Developing
• Salary: As per the company Standard.
• FMCG Food & Beverage: 3 to 5 years (Required)
• Sales and distribution FMCG: 3 to 5 years (Required)
• International Food/ non-food brands: 3 years (Required)
• Language: English (Required) and Hindi (Required)
• License/Certification: UAE driving license (Required)
