Shift Engineer

Modern Plastic Industry LLC, Dubai currently looking a Shift Engineer for PVC Pipe & Compounding Production Modern Plastic Industry LLC,
Job Purpose: Responsible for Shift Production (PVC Pipe & Compounding,
Reporting to – Production Manager
Competency Requirements:
• To manage, the Shift Production with Authority assigned efficiently, Works under Direction, Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills, team oriented skills, Self-motivated and direct with bias of timely Problem solving. Working with ability of self and Pert of a team, Strong Oral, written and communications skills, Good understanding of KPI and Economic Indicators to run Production effectively
• Education Requirements: Degree / Diploma holder, preferably in Plastics
Experience Requirements: 
• Minimum five (5) years intensive work experience in the plastics industry in the supervisory or Engineer capacity. Knowledge of the plastics extrusion process is an advantage.
• Language Skills: Speak, Read & Write – English / Hindi
• Computer Literacy: Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Oracle
Skills:
• Oversee the activities and performance of the pipe Production
• Coordinate with Production Team for Trail Productions, Housekeeping, Safety Practice Adherence Provide Training, Skill matrix for Production Cell Leaders
Key Result Areas / Principle Accountabilities
• Achieve Production target with Efficiency,
• Control Over Rejections by Monitor the Process Control,
• Effective Production management to meet Delivery Schedules,
• Optimization of Machine, Materials and Manpower.
