IT Business Analyst

We are hiring IT Business Analyst for a well-established IT Solution Company in Dubai.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Having worked as BA for IT Projects preferably in any of the domain IoT, Fleet Management, Port, Logistics and Automotive.
• Scrum Master Certification/Training (preferred not mandatory)
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills & excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
• A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• A track record of following through on commitments
• Help to troubleshoot production issues from a business and logical perspective
• Perform market research
• Analyze system requirements and design process flows
• Document all the requirements for product development
• Liaison between technical and business team
• Support preparing all documents and presentations relevant in the product
• Spearhead Use Acceptance Testing
