الوصف الوظيفي Lead Solution Engineer - Automation Job Description Leverage your technical expertise and social skills to become the trusted technology partner to our customers that understands, translates, and communicates a compelling vision of the business value that technology will deliver. Within 90 days of employment, you will sharpen your technical knowledge, learn from your fellow teammates, collaborate closely with your sales specialist and account teams in customer / partner meetings, build your network internally and with the ecosystem.* Within 120 days, you will take a more active role in customer meetings, deliver presentations and demos, articulate business outcomes, assess customer requirements, size and design solutions addressing their needs whether as part of a specific project, multi-cloud strategy or a full-scale Software Defined Datacenter transformation. You will also further deepen your knowledge through additional training and hands on labs.* Within 12 months, you will be autonomous in being a technical lead on MultiCloud Management and VMware Cloudhealth opportunities, highly contributing to selling our solutions but also driving adoption and repeat business. You will have showcased strong and active collaboration with extended sales teams in the territory you support and be recognized as a subject matter in your domain. You will be customer facing, engaged in first calls, meetings, presentations, PoC’s, documentation and demos. You will help accelerate the sales cycle, remove obstacles, and be the technical authority in the room. You will need to whiteboard, demo, present technical material, qualify, and quantify sales opportunities to different stakeholders within our customer’s organization, both technical and non-technical.* Work closely with the VMware Sales team and VMware channel during sales cycles and opportunities development, with a focus on NALE, UEA and Gulf:* + Lead the technical engagement to drive opportunity to closure. This may involve assessing current customer environment and growth plans, delivering technical workshops, demos and/or proof of concepts, organizing reference calls, establishing a multi-year roadmap, completing a solution design, contributing to RFI/RPF responses which might include Cloud delivered SaaS solutions like AWS and Azure.* Influence Senior IT Architects demonstrating your deep technological knowledge of technology architectures, experience with scripting and infra as a code as well as C-Level executives with your strategic understanding of the customer needs supported by your track record in software sales.* Earn to be a trusted advisor in the eyes of the customer.* Drive lead generation activities to build pipeline and identify new opportunities to expand within existing customers in order to achieve and surpass revenue quota targets while securing “Light House” wins at reference accounts* Develop & execute on a plan to enable our field teams and channel partners to sell VMware MultiCloud Management Solutions with a SaaS by default mindset, being capable of identifying, articulate and prove Native Public Cloud use cases while driving consumption.* Partner with VMware Engineering and Product management teams to prioritize customer feature requests into our future product roadmap.* Collaborate with our support engineers, customer success, technical account managers and Professional Services organization to drive successful customer adoption of VMware MultiCloud Management solutions.* He believes that leadership is empowering others to bring the best of themselves to the table while giving them the means to do so and grow in the process.
