Marketing Executive

We are hiring Marketing Executive
Job Description
• Assist in Execute Annual Marketing Plans
• Monthly Plan
• Oversees the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots, website content, Mobile Application, Social Media, Delivery Platforms
• Presents regular updates and information to other department heads and executives
• Provide updated status reports with statistics concerning current marketing projects
• Overall support to the Marketing team
• Lead, Implement and co-ordinate marketing communications for tactical sales and marketing actions
• Reporting on PR activities/ coverage in local and international media
• Copywriting and proofing of marketing materials
• Lead enhancements / changes to the brand website, as directed by Marketing Manager
• Co-work with Marketing Manager and PR and advertising agencies to ensure conformity to company budgets and standards when implementing promotional, sales, marketing and communications strategies
• Lead and manage the database for the company’s clients and suppliers (trade/media/consumer) for statistical, sales and marketing purposes
• Perform general administrative office duties as and when needed
• Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, appointments
Requirements:
• Experience in Marketing for not less than 3 years
• Degree in Marketing or any related field
• Extremely well organized
• Must have a driver’s license and a car
• Based in Dubai
• Extensive knowledge in Excel
• Advertising, and Content Creation
• Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience
• Proofreading and Editing Skills
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Customer Service Skills
• Commitment to excellence and willingness to learn.
• Experience with project management tools
• F&B;/ Hospitality Background is a must
• Arabic/English Bilingual candidate is a requirement
