Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown is seeking a ZESTY and EXUBERANT Assistant Restaurant Manager to drive awesome dining experiences in this vibrant lifestyle hotel. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the F&B;livewire in the hotel, pampering our guests’ taste buds and delivering a unique dining experience throughout all venues. You will support in managing the F&B;operations and help in achieving our business objectives through a 100% customer focused service delivery. You will also promote the desired work culture which is built around the winning ways of IHG and the service philosophy of Hotel Indigo. We are in search of an individual who is not afraid to question the norm, tackle challenges head on and someone who can inspire a young and dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with the ability to positively coach and inspire the team to greatness. We are looking for someone with strong restaurant operations experience. Ideally, the candidate would have a similar profile as outlined below:

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in top hotels/restaurants.
Strong people skills
Strong organizational skills.
Advanced ability in training and developing a team.
