الوصف الوظيفي • Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies • Compile & update Weekly reports for payments, income, expense and attendance • Track and audit petty cash and prepare related reports • Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations • Prepare payments for signature • Analyze discrepancies and unpaid invoices • Maintain accurate filling both soft/hard copies for financial and accounting data • Prepare, review, and reconcile documents according to Admin & Finance Policies and Procedures • Ability to handle Admin and HR works • Process invoices and payments on timely basis • Follow up on the receivables • Maintain bank transfers and related documents and files • Following daily bank deposit • Passing entries for purchases on daily basis • Prepare payments for suppliers, utilities and other expenses المهارات - Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance. A finance professional with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position in Dubai and moderate admin experience. Knowledge of Accounting and account software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in Microsoft applications like Word, Advanced Excel and reasonable knowledge of PowerPoint. Competent in usage of computers and accounting software Tally.
