Manage day to day operations of backend production facility & in-store facilities
Coordinate with sales & logistics for timely delivery of products to customer/end-user
Create & develop in-house production facilities
Develop production reports for management review.
Develop team skills
Documentation of production such as Job Cards, Shop Drawings, etc.
Liaise with Creative Manager in materializing new products
Manage a team of technicians for production/application of mobile phone accessories, stickers, plating, etc.
Manage production inventory such as decorative materials, raw materials, spare parts, etc.
Stay abreast with new technology available in market
المهارات
5+ years of managerial experience with the strong technical background at least 2 to 3 years experience in production/application of mobile phone accessories, stickering
Should have an Customer-Centric approach whilst development of designs
Should be aware of new market trends
Knowledge in product development software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, 3DS max, AutoCAD, etc. preferred.
Knowledge in MS office package is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Candidates with Graduation with a passion for art, creativity, and product development. Engineering/Bachelor’s degree.
