الوصف الوظيفي The ideal candidate will manage the company’s client portfolio to help clients improve their web and online presence. This individual will create digital projects to meet customer needs and serve as a point of contact for a customer’s digital needs. Responsibilities Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI Act as point of contact for clients for digital management matters Report on web performance metrics Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company Managing communications between key clients and internal teams Coordinate with account team assigned to each client Strategic planning to improve client results Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, and possible use in future case studies or company training Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients المهارات Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field Strong understanding of online marketing tools as SEO, Social Media Management, Social campaigns, SEM, Google AdWords, Analytics & WordPress Basic understanding of Google Adwords campaigns and account management تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/digital-account-manager-4492291/ |
