Hiring Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager
We are an engineering consultant office in Dubai, currently looking for hiring Sr. Accountant / Assistant Manager with minimum 10 to 15 years in a similar position in an Engineering Consultant / Construction firm / company in UAE, with the possibility of upward movement within the department. Candidate should be a holder of Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Commerce or similar field.
• Supervise and control the accounts team’s work.
• Prepare periodical Financial Reports (Monthly, Quarterly and annually).
• Knowledge about implementation of VAT rules and its requirements.
• Coordination with Auditors.
• Review Projects’ Contracts and analyses their financial impact and issue due payments in coordination with concerned departments.
• Supervise the issuance of Invoices to clients as per project’s time schedule and ensure timely collection.
• Follow up the Receivables and their collection.
• Review the external Purchase Orders’ financial conditions and ensure the accurate delivery.
• Issue LGs, follow up their renewal / cancellation, and keep LGs issued by other parties.
• To generate Monthly Reports for management for respective area to highlight exceptions and show the direction of business on timely basis.
