Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist in Social Media Hiring (Native Arabic Speaker Only available in UAE and can join immediately) for startup company in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• He has the knowledge to know how to hire talent in the Middle East and North Africa
• Lead the development of Talent Acquisition related social media content specific to our employer brand that will help differentiate - - Create Dream Media
• Collaborate with Marketing, various business partners across the global enterprise as we seek to increase brand awareness in key talent markets
• Develop a cohesive social media strategy that will support the recruiting efforts for the 15 countries in which we operate
• Partner with our Digital Marketing as we seek to creatively find ways to attract top talent
• Learn to recognize trends and best practices in the live streaming community
• Grow your ability to scout talent on all social platforms and identify influencers with strong live streaming potential
• Distribute Weekly / Monthly sourcing and revenue reports
• Having a strong social media presence, reach, and awareness Is desirable
• Understanding of social media monetization trends and practices
• Support the growth and development of our regional division
• Be a positive contributor to the team and to the organization
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of all talent within your portfolio through Google docs and CRM
• Report weekly and monthly goals to management maintaining the highest quality content while growing the size of your talent portfolio
Requirements:
• Experiences in TikTok and other live and social media apps
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition on social media or
• Internet technology
• Native Arabic Speaker can only apply
