Ateliers Bacha is a boutique international architecture and design firm based in the Dubai Design District. We work on many different scales and scopes of architectural projects. Position Outline
We are looking to add a full time Architectural draftsman to our team. The Draftsman will be responsible for the creation and completion of technical drawings needed for bid, permit, and final construction documents
Job responsibilities:
Mobilisation and Site Layout Drawings
Preparation of Detail Drawings for Bids and Construction
Efficient and Precise Preparation of shop Drawings
Preparation of as built Drawings
Complying to all applicable management systems (Quality, Safety, Health etc.)
Ability to quickly alter and adjust drawings
المهارات
Qualifications
Diploma or ITI Technical Certificate in Architectural/ Civil Draftsman or Civil Engineering
Knowledge of DED and DM regulations
Knowledge in MEP, Structure and Shop drawings is a valuable asset.
Experience
5+ Years experience with Consultant or Contracting in building construction.
Knowledge & Skills
Adept with Latest AutoCAD technology/ AutoCAD Certificate
Can work with tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail
