A reputed Construction Company in UAE required QC Engineer urgently. Looking for candidates readily available here in UAE at present.
• Candidate must be a qualified B-Tech Engineer from a reputed College having minimum of 5-6 yrs GCC Experience in Architectural finishes for a high rise building / Tower.
• Should have well versed thorough knowledge for finishing activities like plaster,tilling,various types of Waterproofing systems,paint systems, false ceiling, Interlock paving, various floor finishes & coatings,Aluminium,glazong,metal and joinery works.
• Should be conversant with Project specifications and their application.
• Should have knowledge of preparation of finishing activity method statements.
• Should prepare and submit Inspection request for Architectural and structural activities on daily basis after ensuring completion of related works by pre-inspections.
• Should be conversant with MIR, ITP, material submission, document review in accordance with Project requirements.
• Should be familiar for various kinds of finishing activities testing as per relevant codes. Also should have knowledge in material testing of Architectural and structural materials as per applicable codes.
• Knowledge in Landscape and Irrigation works will be an added advantage.
