• Immediate joiners with visit/cancel visa shall only apply.

• Salary will be up-to AED 2,500 depending upon the experience a of the candidate.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Food and Beverage Coordinator in UAE is mandatory.
Job Description:
• Improve current financial outcomes.
• Improve effective stock ordering, monitoring and control.
• Procedural adherence including accurate monthly stock take and post event reporting, within two business days after the event
• Organization, deployment and continued development of casual F&B;staff pool
• Guarantee ITR’s adherence and compliance to NZ Liquor licensing laws.
• Maximize patron satisfaction.
• Maximize client satisfaction.
• Maintain and/or re-establish relationships with main suppliers with the scope of improving ITR’s buying power and supplier’s sponsorship opportunities.
• Overseeing third party F&B;suppliers.
• Ensuring F&B;department is adhering to council trends and regulations.
