Regional HR Manager Vacancy Abu Dhabi UAE
• This is a GREAT role and it’s been an exciting few years! No two days are the same, and you’ll be managing TEN countries, so adaptability and thinking outside the box is key! You will need at least 10 years’ prior experience in:
• Advising senior stakeholders in employment laws and managing complex employee relations cases
• Payroll, final settlements, gratuity, holiday entitlements, bonuses etc.
• Medical and Life Insurance policy implementation and renewals
• Writing and updating policies, forms, contracts etc.
• Social Security (GPSSA/PASI/GOSI), -Superannuation and Provident Funds
• Providing advice and guidance on visa processes, and understanding of Tawteen, Qiwa, Muqeem, Nitaqat etc
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Responding to HR questions during bid processes
• Performance management
• Managing and improving employee benefit programs
• Salary benchmarking and reviews, grading structures and organizational design
• Employee communication
• Conducting disciplinary, redundancy and termination meetings
• Leave and absence management
• Management of third-party outsourcing companies
• At least 5 years of experience must be from within the #GCC, and other countries would be beneficial. Our offices are located in ICAD II, Abu Dhabi, but we encourage flexible working.
