Yateem Eye Center and Daycare Surgery- Khalifa City/Abu Dhabi is looking for an experienced Procurement Pharmacist
Candidate must Have an active DOH License, or transferal License to DOH, or DOH eligibility.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the workflow and services related to drug and equipment/supplies procurement.
• Distribution and record-keeping for medications for the Pharmacy Department
• Responsible for purchasing orders for pharmaceuticals and supplies, receiving and distribution of supplies, processing purchase requisitions,
• Authorizing payment for wholesaler invoices, maintaining adequate inventory levels, providing inventory action and communication relative to shortages, recalls, alternative product source, and selection.
• Serves as a resource person for product and vendor information, and group purchasing contracts.
• Collaborates with the departments as necessary for medication ordering, inventory, distribution, and record keeping.
• Serves as a backup for the pharmacist (dispensing medications and insurance approvals)
• Candidates without DOH or DHA license will not be considered.
