Objectives:
Our client, a startup food technology company, is looking for looking for a Channel Partnership Manager to join their team in Dubai. The main objective of this role is to be responsible for identifying, establishing and nurturing relationships with channel partners. The Partnership Manager is also responsible for negotiating contracts, continuously training channel partners, and monitoring their performance on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Head of Revenue, and internal functions (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing) to drive company growth.
Determine the strategy for using channel partners to unlock new markets and geographies.
Develop a deep understanding of our products & services, communicating the unique selling propositions and determining fit for channel partners.
Manage channel partner sales pipeline, forecast sales, and identify new business opportunities.
Identify, service and grow relationships with channel partners (e.g., POS, ERP, food aggregators, 3PL, etc).
Develop channel partnership management approach, and process.
Negotiate contracts and growth plans with prospective partners and put in place referral and reseller agreements.
Identify channel partner targets and KPIs, monitor performance and assess health of the channel partner.
Create sales collateral to be used by channel partners.
Come up with innovative ways to streamline the process and incentivize channel partners.
Implement a company standard training process, and continuously train channel partners and their staff.
Collaborate closely with internal functions such as Product and Customer Success to deliver product training and sales collateral.
Stay abreast of latest industry developments and competitor activities.
Operate independently with minimal oversight.

Minimum 5 years of experience, working in a similar position at a SaaS or B2B software company with a successful track record working with partners.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent English communications skills (verbal & written).

Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives.
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
