GWR Consulting is a Management Consultancy company specializing in Customer Experience Management Programs.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager key accounts of the company.
The Account Manager will coordinate the teams and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time according to the client specifications. Account Manager is a go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization, timeline and client communications.
Responsibilities
Manage client relationships that includes attending clients requests, managing client expectations and execute queries in a timely manner
Coordinate internal teams for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and as per the client requirements
Conduct trend analyses with available tools and present the results to the clients
Report and escalate to management as needed
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
المهارات
We are looking for a person that has:
Proven working experience in a similar role
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong computer, microsoft office knowledge
We are looking at recruiting a candidate that is already based in Dubai.
