My client is seeking a Legal Advisor to join a busy dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the project managers managing legal advises with the UK legal team. The successful candidate must be confident managing compliance issues internationally, non-disclosure agreements, licence agreements, managing projects and working with international lawyers. My client is looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Manage global scale projects
• Advise on legal/ contractual matters
• Managing disputes and litigation matters
• Provide legal training
• Perform in-house legal duties
• Manage pending or new legislation or regulatory rules
• Advise on compliance measures
Essential requirements
• Minimum of 3 years experience working in legal
• Degree / Masters in Law
• Experience working in a corporate environment
• Understanding of Financial Services
• Fluent in English, preferably Spanish
