Property Advisor or Property Consultant for a Real Estate Brokerage Company

Requirements:
01-year property sales and leasing experience in Dubai.
Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license and car.
RERA certified preferred.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated & Hardworking.
Responsibilities
Acquisition of properties for sale and rent
comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value.
Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process.
Prepare necessary documentation to complete Transactions.
Sales and marketing activities. Continue to develop a network to become an area
in your community
Full Marketing support offline & online.
Lead generation is our focal point.
Ongoing training provided by our Academy.
Strong administrative support.
