We are seeking to hire QA Team Lead (WH & Shipping) for one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the UAE and Gulf area
Lead as Quality Operations Warehouse oversight for all the company Plants.
Responsible to ensure the compliance of all the Warehouses of RM, PM & Finished Goods Responsible for the management of Deviations, “Change controls”, CAPA.
Responsible to adhere to the cGMP principles and maintaining them in an effective manner in all the company warehouses.
Main Responsibilities:
• Leading Warehouse Oversight in terms of Audit readiness and cGMP compliance.
• Responsible to handle Rejected, obsolete, blocked, and expired materials in all the company Warehouses
• Responsible to prepare and check all the relevant SOP’s whenever required
• Accountable for Deviation management in WH of the respective site
• Responsible to initiate and execute the deviations if any non-conformance / discrepancies found
• Responsible for assessing any change control and providing on-time impact assessment.
• Responsible for CAPA effectiveness check for the respective site of WH
• Responsible to ensure the compliance of all the company warehouses as per the approved procedures In a timely manner.

• Qualification/Functional knowledge :
• Bachelor, I Master degree in science/ pharmacy
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in QA with QC background in the area of materials & FG analysis
• Good Computer knowledge and knowledge of QMS system “Agile, Trackwise, Ampelogic” and SAP.
• Proficient in English.
• Quality and Business decisions taker
• Good Knowledge and command of cGMP
• Risk Assessment knowledge
