As MicroStrategy s Channel Director, you will establish, build and manage partnerships with MicroStrategy Solution Providers in the region. This is a role that is quota carrying and can have direct ownership of accounts, as well as, attach rate working closely with the Sales Team.
Your Focus:
• Working closely with the RVP, You will oversee and manage our Innovation partners from all aspects including Resale, OEM Solutions, revenue, and expansion. These relationships are the largest resellers in region and the objective is to expand in every country they operate or serve. Working with regional and HQ to develop alignment on sales, technology, and Consulting
• Develop partner business plans and program objectives to support revenue commitments across the geography
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, measuring partner performance against pre-established business metrics. Identify areas of investment for MSTR that can include Marketing, co-funding, and other investments considered necessary to support growth and expansion
• Recruit qualified partners that have a focus on reselling MicroStrategy products and services
• You will work within a matrix organization and utilize appropriate resources to ensure success of your job responsibilities
• Drive enablement and launch of new partners working closely with the solutions and education teams
• Work with MicroStrategy Partner Enablement teams to enable assigned partners for MicroStrategy Pre-Sales, Sales, Product and Technical Implementation
• Establish and perform targeted lead generation marketing events with assigned partners
• Assist partners, as needed, in the sales cycles to end user clients by utilizing Partner Presales Engineers and Field Sales resources
• Maintain lead management and sales funnel activity with assigned Solution Provider Partners
• Manage partner resell activity, pipeline and forecasts in Partner Portal (SFA) and submit accurate weekly forecasts to management
• Achieve / Exceed quarterly and annual quotas
