This position sits within Visa University, the learning function within Visa, and supports training key stakeholders including government officials and others on how payments work.
• Partner with Government Engagement (GE), Social Impact (SI) and General Country Managers (GCMs) to establish a learning framework in CEMEA aligned with Visa s strategic business objectives
• Influence, collaborate with and manage broad stakeholder groups in Visa eg. GE, SI, Risk, legal, Comms, to adequately respond and deliver against specific governments capability building needs
• Support educational efforts on a broad array of topics by engaging with Central Banks, Banking Associations and institutes, Ministries of ICT, Ministries of Finance, Sovereign Wealth Funds across the GCC and other entities such as free zones, government fintech hubs and other charitable organizations that are funded by the government
• Outline and develop programs and initiatives that enhance the delivery of the Inclusive Impact & Sustainability (II&S;) team
• Support Government Engagement and Social Impact by representing Visa at relevant learning forums in various markets
• Act as the subject matter expert on Visa University (VU) content, tailor and package for government audiences in CEMEA and coordinate with VU globally on required production and delivery expertise
• Support curation of relevant programs leveraging Visa University (VU) wide content eg. Leadership and Management and coordinate delivery through Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
• Identify global Visa SMEs and internal faculty and support in the delivery of learning initiatives
• Identify partnerships with external education partners on the design and delivery of key priority programs where applicable
