Junior Company Lawyer

Platinumlist is a leading events ticketing and marketing company in the region of UAE & KSA. With the head office in Dubai Emaar Business Park the Greens.

The company requires a fully qualified lawyer with great contract writing skills and a basic UAE legal understanding. The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working in the legal field. The candidate must have a university degree in Law.

Working hours: Part-time 3 days a week;

Local Visa & Insurance provided;

Hybrid mode of work from home and visiting the office when needed;

Language: English;

Salary: 6,000 AED;

Probation: 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Revision of general company employment agreement in UAE;

Revision of Ticketing agreements;

Revision of Marketing contracts;

Full-time remote staff contracts;

IT Staff remote contracts;

Privacy policy for online users registration;

Venue contracts;

Data privacy policy with online customers;

Data privacy for organizers;

Non Disclosure Agreement;

Terms and Conditions (Ticket Buyers);

Refund Guarantee & Other Services Clauses;

Integration API Services agreements;

The candidate will be representing the company in court if needed;

Researching and providing legal advice;

Providing assistance with dispute settlement;

Assisting and overseeing the preparation of vendor contracts;

Ensuring adherence to the legal rules and regulations at all times;

Helping to write contractual terms and conditions for customers and clients.
