Your role: The role will align information technology expertise with knowledge of human resources to optimize an organization’s HR practices. The role will be responsible for analyzing the efficiency of the HR systems, gathering user data, and monitoring systems performance metrics. Day-to-day management of the data integrity and ongoing operation of the HR Technology System for the organization. Responsible for HRMS EC entries. Ensuring continuous operation of HR systems, employee data cleanliness, managing HR data in the master data in the setup tables. Providing recommendations for process or systems changes, submitting the story, testing, and all processes through the implementation of the system updates. Ensuring data is flowing and all systems are in sync. Determining future HRMS needs includes determining HR reporting needs and lead developing the same
المهارات
Must Haves: A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, HR management, or similar. A minimum of 3 years experience as an HR system administrator
