Your role: It provides tactical HR support to the organization. Additionally, the role advises and coaches managers in leading their teams (attract, retain, and develop talent. The role works closely with the HRBP to drive the HR agenda. The role provides guidance on people processes and policy interpretation and implementation. Provide talent management support including performance management. Support in the recruitment and selection process to strengthen organization structure and operations with the right skills.
