We are a Seafood Company in Dubai and we are looking for Customer Service Sales Coordinator, with below qualifications:
Requirements:
• With minimum 2 years UAE experience as Sales Coordinator for a food Manufacturing Company
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English, as well as having good administrative and computer skills.
• Must have strong multi-tasking abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to initiate and maintain good customer relationships.
• To support the sales team in terms of coordination and sales processes internally & externally
• Provide customer satisfaction by ensuring all sales enquiries must be handled by team timely and consistently
• Collaboration with other departments to achieve smooth delivery of clients requirement
• Maintain accurate Sales Records.
• Arrange drivers schedule and ensure delivery are done on time.
• Support in payment collection.
